On Thursday, Kan News revealed the order of battle of one of the IDF division commanders before the ground incursion into the Gaza Strip.
The order says: “You asked for hell: you will have hell. We are in a war that has been imposed on us; We will transfer it to your territory. We are in war”.
The order continues: “This is our time. The result: corpses of terrorists piled up in the streets and enemy infrastructure destroyed. The method: crush and conquer. We will fight and continue to be human beings; we are not them.”
Earlier on Thursday, IDF Southern Command General Maj. Gen. Yaron Finkelman spoke publicly for the first time since the war broke out, stating that “a surprise war was imposed on us against a brutal enemy that seriously harmed us. We stopped him (the enemy).”
Finkelman declared that “the maneuver will transfer the combat to their territory. “It’s going to be long and intense; the best of our commander and our soldiers is here.”
He addressed the soldiers and said, “I believe in you very much and completely. “I believe in strength and rigor and, above all, in everyone’s spirit, which will lead us to victory.”
