The Israeli Ministry of Defense has released images and videos of a cargo plane landing that delivered the first shipment of advanced weapons to Israel.

This equipment was acquired and brought to Israel through a joint operation supervised by the Ministry of Defense’s Production and Acquisitions Directorate, the United States Acquisition Mission, and the IMoD’s International Transportation Unit.

These organizations coordinated the mobilization of the cargo plane, ensuring the direct transportation of weapons from the United States.

The plane, carrying advanced ammunition, arrived at the Nevatim air base in southern Israel on Tuesday night.

“The ammunition is intended to enable significant strikes and preparation for additional scenarios,” the IDF said. “We are grateful for American support and assistance to the IDF in particular, and the State of Israel in general, during this difficult period. “Our common enemies know that cooperation between militaries is stronger than ever and is a central part of ensuring regional security and stability.”

Just before midnight on Wednesday, the first American aircraft carrier arrived in the Mediterranean Sea.

“The arrival of these highly capable forces in the region is a strong deterrent signal should any actor hostile to Israel consider trying to take advantage of this situation,” said General Michael “Erik” Kurilla, commander of the US Central Command.
